At Tikli Group, we take into account people, society, the environment, and economically sound business practices in everything we do. By operating this way, we help ensure that jobs remain in our local communities and contribute to the well-being of the people in our region.
Social Responsibility
Tikli Group and its subsidiaries provide a safe and positive workplace. We
have significantly invested in occupational safety in recent years, which is reflected in our very low number of workplace accidents. We are a well-regarded employer, with many employees enjoying long careers with us.
We also support local third-sector organizations, including sports clubs and charities. We believe that the vitality of the local community benefits both our company and our employees.
Environmental Responsibility

Tikli ladders, scaffolding, and other construction products are environmentally friendly and durable. Many of our products carry the Key Flag symbol, indicating Finnish origin and quality. Tikli products are manufactured in Vimpeli, Finland, and are designed for long lifespans and reparability. Spare parts are available, allowing products to be used even longer.
In manufacturing, we use low-carbon raw materials. By sourcing aluminum profiles from Finnish extrusion plants, we can select materials with the lowest possible carbon footprint.
For construction products like Pontti windows, doors, and facade systems, we always work with our
customers to find the most suitable and compliant solution for their project. We are capable of selecting materials that meet carbon footprint requirements.
We recycle all production waste and surplus materials. We strive for energy efficiency and energy self-sufficiency and have invested in sustainable energy—for example, by installing a solar power plant at our Sastamala facility.
Economic Responsibility

We strive to work with local partners at all our sites. This ensures that tax revenue stays in the local area and reduces transportation-related carbon emissions.
We carefully select our partners and prefer raw material suppliers who share our values and operate responsibly. Likewise, we aim to be a responsible partner to our own customers.
We adhere to a Code of Conduct, and our operations comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
