Glass walls and roofs, fire-rated interior and exterior doors, and other aluminum doors manufactured by Tikli Facade are also ideal for more specialized construction projects.
This three-story factory building is not a traditional industrial hall – it has been designed to suit an old factory environment. The result is both visually striking and highly functional for everyday use, with a timeless appeal. The interior emphasizes comfort and adaptability.
“We delivered large glass walls both on the exterior and interior. Indoors, there are also specialty glass walls featuring yellow glass in the brand colors of the end client. We also supplied the architect-designed slanted glass roofs for the building,” says Installation Manager Teemu Hyvärinen.

“The frames of the window profiles and other products feature what’s known as a ‘structure color,’ which fits well with the building’s character.”
Large glass walls bring in light
A large glass wall was constructed with a steel frame in accordance with the architectural plans, providing rigidity to the structure. This allows the outer surface to have only a slim aluminum face, while the structural load is carried by the steel frame behind it. The dimensions needed to be extremely precise in this project.

“We made numerous compromises to deliver solutions as per the design. For example, interior glass walls were installed with very slim profiles, as no baseboards were used. This enabled a seamless integration between the wall and floor structures,” explains Teemu Hyvärinen.
Smooth service throughout the process
The contractor for the project was B.I. Klemets.
“We’ve worked with Tikli as a supplier for many years and are used to purchasing their products for various projects. Tikli’s products met the demands of this project well. We had to be very precise with the details, and Tikli was able to design them exactly as needed,” says David Sundqvist, Project Manager at B.I. Klemets.
“From our perspective, everything went smoothly, and there was always someone available at Tikli if we had any questions along the way,” he adds.
